Programme Highlights:
Thursday 15 October:
The first day of the event, Thursday 15th October, will be a half day dedicated to Early Career Researchers (ECRs), designed by ECRs. The day will offer a platform to showcase the pivotal work being carried out by the paediatric research leaders of the future, provide a chance to connect with peers, and build the professional networks essential for launching an independent research career.
In the evening, we invite all conference delegates to attend the event welcome drinks reception in the Sheffield Winter Garden and Gala dinner at the Sheffield Millennium Gallery.
Friday 16 October:
The second day of the event, Friday 16th October, will welcome the wider paediatric translational research community will convene for sessions and keynote addresses by prominent UK healthcare and paediatric research figures, including a keynote lecture from Lucy Chappell, Chief Scientific Adviser to the Department of Health and Social Care and CEO of the NIHR.
